Travel to Kostroma

Kostroma is an incredibly pleasant city. It is well maintained and tidy, its entire center is made of perfectly preserved buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries with wooden terems. There are a huge number of museums of folk crafts, and in the trade shopping malls you can buy a variety of local products. The unique complex of buildings on Susaninskaya Square, the palaces of the Romanov Tsars, the wide Volga embankment and the museum of wooden architecture are worth visiting Kostroma for this.
