Application for the selected tour

After making a decision, send an application through the form on the page of the selected tour. Important: the application is not a booking confirmation. We will check availability and give you an answer within 24 hours.
In the letter with the booking confirmation, the manager will send a form to indicate information about all the participants of the tour. Passport data will be needed for visa, permits and other documents, and personal info (shoe size, hiking experience, nutritional restrictions, etc.) are needed for the selection of equipment, organization of comfortable and safe travel.
If you want to add additional services to the tour, for example, air travel, insurance or single occupancy, please inform in a response letter. We’ll prepare the contract in English and Russian, you sign it by email and pay for a tour — we accept Visa and MasterCard.
Based on the data we will prepare a contract for you and all the necessary documents. After that we will offer to pay for the tour in any convenient way:
— via the Internet (send a link to the payment method)
— transfer to the current account (send a receipt for payment through Tinkoff Bank)
— in cash (in person, only Moscow)
Important: when booking a tour there are different forms of prepayment:
— less than a month before departure - 100% payment;
— more than a month before departure - an advance payment of 50% of the tour cost, the remaining 50% to pay no later than a month before departure;
— advance booking: depending on the season from 1 to 5 days. Please do not delay with payment.

How to pay by credit card?
We accept payment cards VISA, MasterCard and Russian Payment System "MIR".
The Internet payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard and the Russian Payment System based on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for which the most modern methods of checking, encrypting and transmitting data via closed communication channels are used. Entering a bank card data is carried out on a secure payment page.

The personal information you provide (name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Your credit card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our web server.
Possibility of refunding if change the mind about trip?
Yes, the refund is possible. The refund amount will depend on the cancellation period. If more than a month is left before the trip, we will refund 100% of the tour price. More than 20 days - 70%. More than 7 days - 50%. If you cancel the tour less than 7 days before it starts, the cost is not refundable.
If the trip is canceled due to illness or difficult family circumstances, a full refund is possible if there is a verified blank, with the exception of direct costs incurred.
Refunds are made within 10 days to the card with which the payment was made.
Buy transport tickets
The transport costs to the start point of the tour (air or railway tickets) is not included in the tour price. You can buy them by yourself or with our help. We will help you choose the most convenient and profitable option for a commission of 10 euro per ticket.
